Long term, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Small volumes of HLA, Class II Antigen-DR+DP antibody may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice. HLA-E belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin). Short term (up to 7 days) store at 2 to 8 degree C.
Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one week or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
