What is Class II Antigen-DR+DP Mouse

Class II Antigen-DR+DP Mouse is suitable for use in Flow cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1 - 1.0 %. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains. Inventory: available form stock

HLA-E belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin).       Short term (up to 7 days) store at 2 to 8 degree C. Long term, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Small volumes of HLA, Class II Antigen-DR+DP antibody may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice.

Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one week or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Shelf life: one year from despatch.
