Class II Antigen-DR+DP Mouse was investigated using an immunoperoxidase method in relation to the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration in the lamina propria. Sixty-six biopsy specimens from 43 patients with chronic gastritis were examined.
HLA-E belongs to the HLA class I heavy chain paralogues. This class I molecule is a heterodimer consisting of a heavy chain and a light chain (beta-2 microglobulin). The frequency of HLA-DR expression in specimens with cell infiltration was 94%, while that stylish specimens without cell infiltration was 24%. There was significant difference in the frequency of HLA-DR expression between the two groups (P<0.01). HLA medico fwas nearly intensely expressed incoming the glandular neck portion.
Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as a stabilizing agent. Store the antibody at 2 - 8 °C up to one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
