Usage of Enzyme Stabilizer AES
Add AES to the buffer solution of certain concentration ion, protein and preservation;
Buffer system: PBS etc.;
Protein: Animal serum or BSA (usage: 1~1.5%);
Preservative: Such as Proclin 300;
Useful pH range: 7.2~7.6;
Recommended dosage: 1% AES (diluted by distilled water, the highest concentration is 5%).
